The MahaSiddha Tradition is the spiritual reality of everything in life as the path. The most challenging area for spiritual growth and clarity is in intimate relationship and romance who potent energies bring much to the surface to be digested, healed and cleared. For most, instead of clearing these tensions, more and more tensions are created. The Sadhana of the Red & White Essence transmits the purpose and nature of the interplay of all apparent dualities, especially through the relationship between feminine and masculine, self and other. It gives instruction on how the most intimate aspects of our lives can be transformed into a powerful path of liberation from confusion that heals us at all levels. It is a practice for discovering emptiness within passion, for releasing grasping, going beyond identities, untying the knots of the heart, releasing fragmentation and realizing non-duality.
