Entering the Vajra World

A teaching on transitioning from ordinary way of being into a Tantric practitioner who approaches life from the perspective of dharma, wielding the methods of the inner tantras. Without the boundless view presented by dharma, we live a tight, narrow, complicated inner life that manifests in dissatisfaction and confusion. This is a training about joyfully allowing our identity to unravel as we encounter something more profound and more intimate to us than our "self." Reviewing the core principles of the path from the ground up, we explore samsara and nirvana, the kayas, the view, method and conduct, the mandala principle, the three yanas... This is a journey into seeing life through the eyes of a Tantric, of experiencing the world from the perspective of Buddha Nature. In this five day retreat we enter into the Vajra World, a profound experience of mind, self, others and all of life that encapsulates all dharma according to how it manifests in our way of being. Teachings include instructions on setting up and using an altar, instructions in Mantric Song, Meditation Practice instructions for three different levels of students, one of which includes introduction to the Tantric Ngondro, the heart of the Tantric practice.
