...Become apartner who will purchase the 17 acre parcel of Dakini Mountain for their own ownership and use (1 million), leaving TYI with 43 acres and commitments for several people to "exchange" into the property by selling their real estate and investing equity (1.5 million) into Dakini Mountain for a period of 2-5 years or more, giving TYI additional time to collect Endowment Funds (see below).

In order to fund the purchase of Dakini Mountain we are seeking 5 million dollars in Endowment Funds. The Good Karma Endowment Fund money is loaned to MSD re-invested by our broker, then the interest from this investment is used to pay for the purchase of Dakini Mountain. In this way, you can help manifest this land without actually spending anything! You may later withdraw your money from the Endowment Fund and TYI will replace it with other funds. The entire 5 million is needed in order to qualify with our lender.

About Dakini Mountain

60 acres of redwood forest, oak, madrone, meadows, springs, a pond and many buildable areas will host community members, trainings, clinic and public center. The privacy and feeling of a forest retreat pervades this unique land, it feels far away from the busy-ness of modern life which is still only 15 minutes away from highway 17. It is only 20 more minutes from the San Jose Airport. It is majestic, pristine and the ideal place to create a sustainable dharma-community center that will capture the energy, beauty and simplicity of our vision. Perfect for all our activities, it is commercially and residentially zoned.

The Importance of this Land
For the last six years our work has continued to grow steadily, doubling in size each year. We have consistently offered over 100 free programs a year, regularly fed the homeless people of our local cities, taught yoga in prisons, sponsored the Nepali orphanage, offered spiritual counseling, gave numberless trainings in the Buddhism, as well in natural living and living in mental/emotional peace, maintained 3 residential centers, trained yoga and meditation teachers, provided healing services for thousands of people and maintained a vibrant and remarkable spiritual community. Our work has grown to encompass four cities and Kali Ma's teaching is spreading across the globe to the East and the West. Our community is in need of a place where community members and friends can come to live, retreat, and train, a place where we can create a public meditation retreat and offer commercial services. This will also be a space that we can share with other spiritual groups by hosting them and other guests who come for healing treatments and for retreat. It is located on the place opposite the globe from where the first MahaSiddhas arose and practiced, creating a unique opportunity to express our intention for Tantric Buddhism and all dharmas to flourish in the West and in the world.
